Refund and Cancellation
Your learning is 100% Risk-Free! If you enroll in any of our programs but are unable to attend or
find it isn't the
right fit for your business, you will receive a full refund of your investment, provided you notify
us within the
stipulated timeframe.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 Full Refund: We offer a full refund for specific programs if you are unsatisfied or unable to attend, provided you inform us within the specified timeframes detailed below.1.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact our Customer Service Manager within the specified eligibility period. At your discretion, we can either credit your tuition toward any other Ultimate Sales Engine event or issue a full refund to your bank account.
2. Ultimate Sales Engine Program Refund Policy
2.1 Timeline and Eligibility:Refund Deadline: If you have enrolled in the Ultimate Sales Engine (2026 Program) and wish to discontinue and request a refund, you must notify our Customer Service Manager within 15 days of the program’s start date.
Specific 2026 Edition Deadline: For the 2026 edition of this program, you must explicitly inform us of your decision to withdraw before September 5, 2026.
Processing Time: Approved refund requests made within this window will be processed and issued within 7 to 10 business days.
2.2 How to Request Your Refund:
To initiate a cancellation, please email Payal Yadav at payal@overbookedacademy.com with your cancellation request and the reason for withdrawal.
Upon request, you must provide your bank account details and any other documentation necessary to process the transfer. Overbooked Academy is not liable for any processing delays resulting from missing or delayed information from your end.
2.3 Post Refund Terms:
Re-enrollment: If you wish to rejoin the program after a refund is processed, you must re-enroll as a new student and pay the current applicable fee at that time.
Ticket Forfeiture: Once your refund is processed, your USE Live Sales Summit ticket stands canceled, and you will no longer be eligible to attend the live event.
3. Program Modifications and Cancellations
Overbooked Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program. In the rare event that we cancel a program entirely, you will be issued a full refund within 7 days of the cancellation announcement, or given the option to transfer your tuition to an alternative program.4.
